Unlike many of the holiday villas on the Cote d’Azur, Villa Ativoli has been our family home for over 30 years. It was designed by an architect to maximise light and its mature, fully enclosed and very private garden – with swimming pool – is the perfect extension and complement to the house.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the master suite has a wonderful, large terrace to enjoy the mountain views. The open-plan lower floor offers a fully equipped kitchen that leads directly onto an al fresco dining area.

Because Villa Ativoli is a real home, there is everything you need, and more. Located just outside the beautiful, medieval market town of Vence and only minutes away from Saint Paul de Vence with its iconic celebrity-spotting restaurant, La Colombe d’Or.

For nature-lovers there are many stunning bike paths, hikes, walks, woods, natural waterfalls and cascades. The neighbouring hill top village of Saint Jeannet – and its Baou mountain – offers panoramic views and a Roman vineyard (Famille Rasse) where you can enjoy sunset wine tasting.

Villa Ativoli is an easy 20-minute drive from Nice airport and also the sandy beaches of Cagnes-sur-mer. It is truly the perfect holiday base to enjoy doing everything the mountains and the coast have to offer. Or to do as many of guests do, and enjoy doing absolutely nothing at all except relaxing.

There is ample, very secure, private parking on the property and also one covered garage. Pets are most welcome and can enjoy the garden, and its shady trees, in total safety.
